Pledge and Acknowledgment

You do not have the right to use “Salamah” application in case your service was previously disrupted.
You acknowledge and pledge to always maintain the trust regarding the value and reality of operations, and you agree, in case any fraud, manipulation or deceit is discovered, to the termination and blockage of your services.

We have the right to relieve any user from the application by not using it completely if the user violated a term or the terms and conditions, without refunding any cash previously deducted from the user.

Registration and Account

You have to register to make a purchase from the mobile’s application.
When you make a purchase, you affirm and acknowledge that the purchase is subject to these terms and conditions of use.
Any purchase trial that does not comply with the terms and conditions of use may not be allowed or may be nullified according to our estimation.
The technical support team will activate your account within 24 hours of registering the account on “Salamah” application.

The Applied Law and Judicial Authority

The website and “Salamah” application can be accessed all over the world in the counties where the suitable technology is available. Since each of these places has its different laws, your access to the application means that you and we agree that the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regardless to the legal principles conflicting with them, apply to all matters related to the use of the application.
You agree and approve that you and we are subject to the judicial authority of the courts of law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Electronic Communications

By agreeing to use “Salamah” application and our electronic services, you also agree to receive our electronic communication with you in all its forms, by e-mail, newsletters, or notifications announced in the website. Based on that, you tacitly agree that all of the electronic transactions sent to you by us are legally binding and treated as the written transactions.

The Trial Period

“Salamah” application grants a 5-day non-renewable 5-day trial period without any fees.

Paying and prices

Price packages appear in the application and comply with the bill issued by us. Currently, paying is electronic through the electronic paying channels.
You affirm, acknowledge and agree that your offering of any services available through “Salamah” application will cost you fees in return for your use of the application and for offering the service to the clients using the application. The subscription fee in the application includes the applied taxes as provided by law. All fees are final and non-refundable, unless Madarej Al Elm identifies otherwise.
The cost of the subscription in the application will be deducted through your operating system and with the currency specified in it. The corporation does not bear responsibility for any deviation in prices resulting from fluctuation of currency exchange rates, bank charges, or electronic paying channels, occurring in relation with the purchase. The cost may be different from the price shown in the website or the application.

Compensations

As a user, you agree to compensation and advocacy and not to subject Madarej Al Elm Corporation, its owner, partners, officials, managers, licensors, service providers, suppliers, trainees and employees to any liability for any damage or to any prosecution or claim because of:

Your use of the services
Any third party’s use of the services via your e-mail, your mobile phone number, your special identifier, your personal identification number and/or any other ID number
Your breach of any item in the terms and conditions of use

And you agree to pay for the damages, the cost related to this claim, law suit or judicial follow-up.

The Users’ Comments

If you write comments or present suggestions through the corporation’s social media networks, we have the right to publish, copy, or translate these comments. In addition, we are not obliged to pay any compensation for any suggestion or comment, or to reply to that.
By using “Salamah” application and website, you have a commitment that your comments will not include any defamatory, illegal, abusive, offensive, obscene, or indecent materials. Your comments will not include any virus programs or any other harmful software or programs which may affect the service provided by “Salamah” application and website.
We have the right to cancel or remove any comment that includes any defamatory, pornographic, slanderous, aggressive or illegal materials.

Prohibitions

In addition to the other prohibitions as shown in the conditions of acquiring the service, you are not allowed to use the website, the application, and their contents:

To encourage others or to participate with other in any prohibited or illegal actions
To break any codes, laws or official decisions, or any national, federal, regional, international or domestic rules
To infringe or violate the intellectual property rights that are related to us or the intellectual property rights related to others
To harass and/or mistreat and/or insult and/or harm and/or defame and/or slander and/or vilify and/or intimidate and/or discriminate on basis of gender, sexual orientation, religion, race, age, national origin or disability
To give false or misleading information
To upload or transfer viruses or any symbols with destructive natures to the website, or any other type of malicious codes which are used or may be used to affect the function or work of this service or any related website and/or other websites
To collect and follow other people’s personal information
To disturb, blackmail, harm, destroy, frame any person or any inside or outside sides
To manipulate or circumvent the security features of the service
Not to claim any relation or representation of any company or partnership or any other institution not legally authorized by it to claim this relation or representation
To provide us with false information that includes names, addresses, wrong contact information, credit card numbers that are used fraudulently
To acquire data by hacking the application

Replacement / Retrieval Policy

Since Madarej Al Elm Corporation provides intangible commodities which cannot be returned, the amount paid when downloading the application cannot be retrieved. As a user, it is your responsibility to understand this term at the purchase. Despite that, we realize that some exceptional situations might occur regarding the application. Thus, we are honored to receive retrieval or replacement orders for the following reasons:
Download problems: if you face trouble while downloading the application, orders related to this case should be sent to the technical support team within a period of three days since the problem takes place. We may explain that the download process has been completed successfully. The money cannot be retrieved if this happens, and this may cause a decrease in the value of the money retrieval if it is required.
Major defects: even though all of the lessons are accurately tested before their release, unexpected errors may occur. These cases must be put forward to our technical support team. We preserve the right of correcting the error or the defect with 72 hours. If the defect or error is verified, our technical support team will fix it immediately. If the team does not succeed in that within 72 hours since the complaint is put forward by the client, the amount will be refunded to the client completely.
Please be aware that the repair process may require the client’s help with some information related to the account, so please help with that. If you do not respond to the team, the problem may not be solved in the right time, which means that conditions of refunding the money are not met.
Please give the technical support team a period of 12 to 24 hours to receive a reply. We will notify that we have received the retrieval order.
If the error or the defect is fixed within 72 hours, you have no right to retrieve the paid amount.
Complaints based only on the user’s expectations or on fake desires will not be taken into consideration.
Retrieval orders are accepted or denied at support@Salamah.app within 4 days since the order is made. You have to enclose detailed reasons with the order, as well as the purchase receipt, so that you get a reply.
If the designated time of retrieval passes and you do not receive the money, you first have to check your bank account, and then contact the credit card company because the process might take extra time before the money is transferred to you.

Termination of Use

We preserve the right of immediate termination of your use of “Salamah” application and website in case you break these terms and conditions, in case we think, based on logical reasons, that you can possibly break these terms and conditions, in case you demonstrate a behavior which we see – based on our absolute discretion – unacceptable, or in case we suspect for reasonable causes that you are performing or may perform any act of fraud against us or against anyone else, or any act that contradicts with the website and breaks public morality, or what the corporation considers illegal or harmful to others.
